Our rolling 4-week syllabus means that you can join in at any time, and once you've completed all the classes, you can join our regular classes or repeat them to lock in those fundamentals. Base Development: We designed this system to develop solid balance and agility.
Pad Holding 101: We have perfected this method of learning how to hold pads both for Boxing and Muay Thai!
Arsenal/Attack: You will learn the proper technique of some of the most well-used strikes in Muay Thai & Boxing, such as the body kick and the Jab.
Defence: You will be trained to adequately defend yourself against the same attacks that you learn.
