"Absolutely top class gym. The culture that Paul and Frankie have built is truly second to none, there's a massively welcoming community and a real family feel that makes it feel like a second home.
There are programs in place to offer high level training regardless of experience or goals, from absolute beginners walking in for their first class just wanting to boost their fitness to world title holders and everything in between, and systems that have been continually refined over the past few years that mean the rate of development is massive for anyone who wants to progress in the sport.
I've worked with a few different coaches in the past who have been exceptional athletes in their sport, but it's very rare to find someone who is also able to pass along that knowledge and translate their success into coaching and Paul is truly special in this regard, and the growing collection of belts and high level fighters is testament to this. He's always learning, always improving and the technical level of training is constantly being raised which benefits everyone in the gym. As a result of this, he's also used this same success to turn some of his fighters into exceptional coaches, so there are enough people around to constantly be helping and developing newer fighters.
